Ingredients
Sambar Powder: Red Chillies, Coriander Seeds, Toor Dal, Chana Dal, Rice, Black Pepper, Cumin Seeds, Asafoetida, Fenugreek Seeds and Turmeric (No Fennel).
Perungayam Powder: Asafoetida, Wheat Flour and Rice Flour (no maida).
How to use
Use the Sambar Powder for sambar with rice, idli and dosa, and add a pinch of Perungayam Powder while tempering sambar, rasam and dal. You'll find detailed steps on each product's page, linked above.
Storage and shelf life
Best before 6 months from the date of packing. Store in airtight containers in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight, and always use a dry spoon. Kept airtight in the refrigerator, they stay fresh for up to 12 months.
