Annam's Mini Idli Plate is a stainless steel plate with small moulds for making bite-sized mini idlis in your idli pot. It is made of Salem 304-grade stainless steel and comes in two sizes to fit our idli pots.
Best for: mini idlis for children's lunch boxes, sambar idli, ghee podi idli, parties and snacks.

Easy to wash
How to use
Boil water in your idli pot. Grease the mini idli plate lightly, fill each mould with batter and place the plate in the pot. Close the lid and steam on a medium flame for 8–10 minutes, rest for 2 minutes, then remove the mini idlis.
Care
Wash with mild soap and warm water. Avoid steel wool and harsh scrubbers, and dry fully after washing.

Which size should I choose? Choose Small for the 4 Idli Pot. Choose Large for the 7 Idli Pot, the Kadai Type 7 Idli Pot, the upper slot of the 12 Idli Pot or the lower slot of the 14 Idli Pot.
Does it come with a pot? No, this is the plate only. Use it in a matching idli pot.
Does it rust? No, it does not rust with normal use when dried after washing.
