Sambar Powder: Red Chillies, Coriander Seeds, Toor Dal, Chana Dal, Rice, Black Pepper, Cumin Seeds, Asafoetida, Fenugreek Seeds and Turmeric (No Fennel).
Kulambu Chilli Powder: Chilli, Coriander, Toor Dal, Channa Dal, Fenugreek, Fennel, Pepper, Cumin, Rice and Turmeric.
Rasam Powder: Red Chillies, Coriander, Cumin, Pepper, Fenugreek, Bengal Gram, Toor Dal, Curry Leaves, Turmeric and Asafoetida (No Garlic).
Curry Masala Powder: Coriander, Red Chillies, Cumin, Fennel, Turmeric, Black Pepper, Cinnamon, Clove, Cardamom and Stone Flower.

Storage and shelf life
Best before 6 months from the date of packing. Store in airtight containers in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight, and always use a dry spoon. Kept airtight in the refrigerator, they stay fresh for up to 12 months.
