Annam's Garam Masala Powder, also known as Garam Masala Podi, is a traditional spice blend of whole spices that are carefully roasted and ground. Cinnamon, cloves, cardamom and star anise give it a warm, earthy and slightly sweet aroma that adds depth to everyday cooking.
Best for: Curries, gravies, kurma, rice dishes, soups and marinades.

How to use
Add 1–2 teaspoons of Annam's Recipes Garam Masala Powder to curries and gravies during the final minutes of cooking. Sprinkle a pinch over soups or roasted vegetables, or use it in marinades for meat and vegetables.
Storage and shelf life
Best before 6 months from the date of packing. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight, and always use a dry spoon. Kept in an airtight container in the refrigerator, it stays fresh for up to 12 months.
