How to use

Grease the plates and pour in dhokla or idli batter. Stack them on the stand and lower it into a cooker or wide pot with boiling water below the lowest plate. Cover and steam on medium: about 10–12 minutes for thattu idli and 15–20 minutes for dhokla. Rest for a few minutes, then cut or lift out.

Care

Wash with mild soap and warm water. Avoid steel wool and harsh scrubbers, and dry fully after washing.
