Annam's 24 Idli Cooker is a tall, heavy stainless steel idli cooker, known in Tamil homes as an Idli Cooker (இட்லி குக்கர்), with a whistle lid. A six-tier stand with 4 idlis on every plate makes 24 idlis in one batch, and the whole stand lifts out in one move. It works on gas and induction stoves.

How to use

Add water below the bottom tier and bring it to a boil. Grease or line all six plates, fill with batter, lower the stand in and cover. Steam for 12–15 minutes on medium, rest 2 minutes and lift the stand out by its handle.

Care

Wash with mild soap and warm water. Avoid steel wool and harsh scrubbers, and dry fully after washing.
