How to use
Pour water into the cooker, keeping it below the level of the lowest plate, and bring it to a boil. Grease the idli plates or line them with an idli cloth, fill with batter, place the plates on the stand, lower it into the cooker and close the lid. Steam on a medium flame for 10–12 minutes, rest for 2 minutes, then lift out the stand and remove the idlis.
Care
Wash with mild soap and warm water. Avoid steel wool and harsh scrubbers, and dry fully after washing.
