Annam's ES Triply Round Bottom Kadai, known in Tamil as Iruppu Chatti (இருப்புச் சட்டி), is a deep, round-bottomed kadai made entirely of triply stainless steel. The rounded base keeps oil pooled in the centre for deep frying, and the triply layers spread heat evenly, so food cooks without burning in spots.
Best for: deep frying (vada, bajji, murukku, appalam), stir-fries, poriyal, kuzhambu and curries on a gas stove.

How to use
Heat the kadai on a medium flame before adding oil. Cook as usual; the round bottom makes tossing and turning easy. Avoid heating it empty on high flame for long.
Care
Wash with mild soap and warm water. Avoid steel wool and harsh scrubbers, and dry fully after washing. For stuck food, soak in warm water before washing.
