Mini Idli Plate for Idli Cooker Stand | Stainless Steel

Annam's Mini Idli Plate for Idli Cooker Stand is a single 8 inch stainless steel plate of bite-size mini idli moulds. Slide it onto the stand of our idli cookers in place of a regular plate to make mini idlis in the same batch.

Fits: the stand of our 16 Idli Cooker and 24 Idli Cooker, and the Idli Cooker Stand.

How to use

Grease the moulds, fill halfway with batter and place the plate on the stand with your other plates. Steam as usual; mini idlis are ready in 7–8 minutes.

Care

Wash with mild soap and warm water. Avoid steel wool and harsh scrubbers, and dry fully after washing.
