How to use
Pour water into the pot, keeping it below the level of the lowest plate, and bring it to a boil. Grease the idli plates or line them with an idli cloth, fill with batter, stack the plates and close the lid. Steam on a medium flame for 10–12 minutes, rest for 2 minutes, then remove the idlis.
Care
Wash with mild soap and warm water, avoid steel wool, and dry fully before storing.
