Annam's Idli Taking Plate is a wide plate made of Salem 304-grade stainless steel that makes it easy to take hot idlis out of the idli plate without breaking their shape. It comes in two sizes to suit 5 idli and 7 idli plates.

How to use
After steaming, let the idlis rest for 2 minutes. Take the idli plate out of the pot and use the taking plate to remove the idlis and serve.

Wash with mild soap and warm water. Avoid steel wool and harsh scrubbers, and dry fully after washing.
