How to use
Fill the base pot about one-third with water and bring to a boil. Arrange food in the tiers, stack them, cover and steam on medium heat until done: about 8–10 minutes for vegetables and momos, 12–15 minutes for kozhukattai and corn.
Care
Wash with mild soap and warm water. Avoid steel wool and harsh scrubbers, and dry fully after washing.
