Annam's Baby Idli Stand is a small 5.5 inch stainless steel stand with three or four plates of tiny baby idlis. It fits inside smaller pots and pressure cookers, so you can steam a quick batch of soft little idlis for toddlers, lunch boxes or cocktail-style podi idli.

How to use
Grease the moulds lightly and add a spoon of batter to each. Stand it in a pot or pressure cooker (without the whistle) with a little boiling water below, cover and steam for 6–8 minutes.
Care
Wash with mild soap and warm water. Avoid steel wool and harsh scrubbers, and dry fully after washing.

Can I use it in a pressure cooker? Yes, if the cooker is wider than 5.5 inch. Steam without the whistle, like regular idlis.
How is it different from the Mini Idli Plate Stand? The Baby Idli Stand is smaller (5.5 inch) for small vessels. The Mini Idli Plate Stand is 8 inch for bigger pots.
Does it rust? No, it does not rust with normal use when dried after washing.
