Annam's Idli Maavu Karandi (இட்லி மாவு கரண்டி) is a stainless steel idli batter ladle. Its deep, round cup scoops batter neatly and pours it into the idli plates with no mess on the counter.
Best for: pouring idli batter into idli plates, and dosa batter onto the tawa.
Sizes
- 32.5 cm (13 inch) long, 7.5 cm (3 inch) wide cup, approx. 180 g
- 35 cm (14 inch) long, 9 cm (3.5 inch) wide cup, approx. 190 g
