How to use

Pour water into the cooker, keeping it below the level of the lowest plate, and bring it to a boil. Grease the plates or line them with an idli cloth, fill with batter, lower the stand in and close the lid. Steam on a medium flame for 10–12 minutes, rest for 2 minutes, then lift out the stand and remove the idlis.

Care

Wash with mild soap and warm water. Avoid steel wool and harsh scrubbers, and dry fully after washing.
