Karuppu Ulundhu Kanji: Black Urad Dal, Raw Rice, Dry Ginger, Cardamom.

Almond Milk Powder: Almonds (Badam), Milk Powder, Brown Sugar, Cardamom (Elakkai), Turmeric Powder (Manjal).

Storage and shelf life

Best before 6 months from the date of packing. Store in airtight containers in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight, and always use a dry spoon. Kept airtight in the refrigerator, they stay fresh for up to 12 months.

What is the thuduppu for?

Do any of them contain wheat, nuts or milk?
Sathu Maavu contains wheat, almonds, cashews and soya. Almond Milk Powder contains almonds and milk powder. Karuppu Ulundhu Kanji contains none of these.

Is sugar added?
Only the Almond Milk Powder is lightly sweetened with brown sugar. The two kanji mixes have no added sugar.
