How to use
Boil water in the cooker, keeping the level below the lowest plate. Grease or line the four plates, fill them with batter and set them on the stand. Lower the stand in by its centre handle, close the lid and steam on medium for 10–12 minutes. Rest for 2 minutes before lifting out.
Care
Wash with mild soap and warm water. Avoid steel wool, and dry fully before storing.
