How to use

Heat on a medium flame, add oil or ghee and cook as per your recipe. Use a wooden or silicone spatula, and do not heat it empty on high flame for long.

Care

Wash with mild soap and a soft sponge. Avoid steel wool and harsh scrubbers, and dry fully before storing. For stuck food, soak in warm water first.
