Annam's 13 Idli Panai is a compact, all stainless steel idli pot, known in Tamil as Idli Pathiram (இட்லி பாத்திரம்) or Idli Panai (இட்லி பானை), that makes 13 soft idlis in one batch on three plates (4 + 4 + 5). Sturdy side handles give a safe grip, and the polished finish is easy to clean.
Best for: everyday idlis for small families of three to four.

How to use
Pour water into the pot, keeping it below the level of the lowest plate, and bring it to a boil. Grease the idli plates or line them with an idli cloth, fill with batter, stack the plates and close the lid. Steam on a medium flame for 10–12 minutes, rest for 2 minutes, then remove the idlis.
Care
Wash with mild soap and warm water. Avoid steel wool and harsh scrubbers, and dry fully after washing.
